Frankenmuth Insurance remains committed to doing our part in helping to prevent the spread of the virus by suspending all physical and on-site premium audits until further notice.

All physical audits will be performed virtually or over the phone, and we will allow policyholders to upload documentation and information to our online audit platform. During this time, we will be working closely with your agency to identify policyholders that may need other accommodations to complete their audits, as well as accounts that may need a 30-day extension to complete their audit, upon request.

In addition, we will temporarily waive audit noncompliance assessment fees for workers’ compensation accounts as required by states. For now, we will enter estimated exposures as the audited exposures, resulting in zero net premium due, in order to finish invoicing expired terms. If there is a corresponding general liability policy, this will be waived too.
