Indiana storm and tornado relief options for policyholders.

We extend our deepest sympathies to all Hoosiers who are recovering from the losses caused by the devastating storms and tornadoes in central Indiana on March 14, 2024.

Following guidance from the Indiana Department of Insurance and Bulletin 274, we are adopting several measures to protect impacted policyholders in the counties of Delaware, Jefferson, and Randolph.

Upon request, the following relief options are available to policyholders who were impacted:

  • Policyholders may request a 60-day extension to submit premium payments, until May 25, 2024. Additionally, late fees for non-payment of premiums applied from March 14, 2024, through May 25, 2024, may be waived upon request.
  • Cancellations for non-payment issued on or after March 14, 2024, may be withdrawn, and policies can be reinstated with no lapse in coverage, upon request.
