As part of the Commercial Operational Redesign initiative, our goal is to deliver an improved service level to you, our agency partners.  To achieve this we will now be providing you a dedicated field resource for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.  Effective immediately, this additional field resource will provide you with their full attention to each product line to assist you to grow your book with Frankenmuth Insurance. 

Bob Patete has accepted the Personal Lines Field Manager position handling the entire state of Ohio.  He has a solid personal lines background with the marketing knowledge to assist you in developing your personal lines business. I know Bob is looking forward to working with each of you. 

For Commercial Lines, our Field Managers will be Tonya Hamilton and Laurie Caputo.  Tonya will continue to work with the agencies in Central & Southern Ohio and Laurie will handle Northwestern Ohio.  In addition, Tonya and Laurie will be assuming responsibilities for agencies in Northeastern Ohio.  We are currently fine tuning those assignments and will be in touch with you in the next week to advise who is assigned to your agency.
