Nine independent agents’ associations, including the Ohio Insurance Agents (OIA), launched a region-wide survey on June 1 to gain more information about carrier best practices. Results from this survey will provide us with valuable feedback on our technology usage and standards, which will ultimately help us identify areas in which we are succeeding and other areas that could benefit from improvement.

The survey is only available until June 15, and all responses are confidential. Please take the time to complete the survey so we can continue to improve our service and strengthen our relationships with agency partners.
