Frankenmuth, Michigan – Frankenmuth Insurance, a super-regional carrier based in Frankenmuth, Michigan, recently received national recognition as a 2025 Ivans Gold Spark Award recipient for modernizing its agency onboarding process.
The award, offered in both Gold and Silver, recognizes insurance companies for technological advancements that improve business operations and the customer experience. Frankenmuth Insurance was among 20 carriers recognized by Ivans®, and this was the first time it has received this award. Frankenmuth Insurance brought together two software companies, IVANS and Duck Creek Technologies, along with its system integration partner PwC, to build an integration that delivers immediate turnaround for agency download requests.
Members of the IT department accepted the award on behalf of Frankenmuth Insurance during the Ivans Connect conference in Las Vegas on October 6.
