How does the customer sign up for e-Delivery?

First, the insured will register to receive a userID and password to access the Policyholder Services section of our web site by providing their email address and the answer to a security question.  Once the insured is registered, three security parameters are required for them to “activate” their policy to view online.  The policy number, policy term effective date and seven-digit agency code are all unique data elements, easy for the insured to find across the top of the declaration page and serve as the security parameters for making our e-Delivery option secure.  The following is an example of where the insured can easily find these parameters on their policy declaration page.
