On March 14, 2014, a new feature will be available in iBIS to pre-fill vehicle and driver information when entering a Small Claim or Automobile Notice of Loss for Personal or Business Auto.

How will this new feature work?

Once the policy is found in iBIS Policy Inquiry, simply click on the File a Claim link in the Policy Actions section.  Data from Policy Inquiry will pre-fill the Small Claim or Automobile Physical Damage entry screen with Insured Information and the vehicles and drivers will be listed in associated drop down fields to choose from.  The ability to pre-fill and select this data will provide your agency operation with substantial entry savings.

This new enhancement is available for both Personal and Commercial auto policies with other lines of business such as Homeowner coming in the near future.
