On Sept. 23, 2011, an enhancement was made to the iBIS endorsement system for Frankenmuth employee use.

This enhancement will result in the Endorsement Index Screen being shared between the agency and Frankenmuth staff.  To indicate an endorsement was initiated by a Frankenmuth employee, a “CO” will appear next to the Policy ID on the Endorsement Index Screen.
