Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to be able to partner with IDT911, now rebranded as “CyberScout” as our provider of identity protection services to all employees, Personal Lines policyholders, our agency partners and their families, as well as agency staff.

While their name is changing with the goal to better reflect the global services they provide, their commitment to FI, your agency and our mutual policyholders is not. 

Above all, you can still count on CyberScout to provide the same high-level protection and outstanding personal service as they make a gradual transition to their new brand during 2017.

Here are a few things your agency may want to know:

• Jan. 11: IDT911 officially became CyberScout

• Jan. 31: Service sites and access points (such as links through fmins.com) that IDT911 hosts for us reflected the new brand

• A hybrid logo reading “CyberScout, formerly IDT911” will be displayed on sites until June to help policyholders make the connection

• The transition will be seamless with no interruption to service

• Services do not change, only the name

• We will be working with CyberScout throughout 2017 to update marketing materials
