Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce changes to the audit process for workers compensation policies written on a premium reporting billing plan. To streamline the audit process, policyholders will now be able to provide their monthly/quarterly audit information online through our secure website, https://www.fmins.com/customers/premium-audit/. Previously, this process had been handled via paper forms.

To communicate the change, a letter will be sent to policyholders via email at the expiration of each individual reporting period, if valid email addresses exist on policies. If valid email addresses do not exist, a letter will be mailed directly to policyholders. This letter will contain a unique control number and password that can be utilized to access our online portal. Submitting the information online reduces the risk of error and expedites receipt of their audit information. If policyholders do not have internet access or do not wish to submit their information online, they may still complete and submit manual forms that will be included with the letter.
