Frankenmuth Insurance has declared a half-day company holiday for employees beginning at noon on Thursday, Dec. 31. Our offices will reopen on Monday, Jan. 4 at 8 a.m.

While our employees will be spending some extra time with their families, our systems will allow you to submit policies and apply payments until 11:59:59 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31.

This message is an update to a communication sent earlier today regarding year-end. While the dates contained in the previous communication are accurate, it did not include this new information about the early closing at noon on New Year’s Eve.

As a reminder, please note these dates for year-end business:

• Our offices will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 24 at noon through Monday, Dec. 28 at 8 a.m. for the Christmas holiday.
• New business and premium-bearing endorsements must be submitted no later than Monday, Dec. 28.
• All issued life policies – with requirements met – must be paid by close of business on Monday, Dec. 28. If the customer is paying by EFT or credit card, authorizations can be phoned into Policy Services at (844) 847-0793 by end of business on Monday, Dec. 28.
• Our offices will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 31 at noon through Monday, Jan. 4 at 8 a.m. for the New Year’s holiday.
• Our system will process policies and payments until 11:59:59 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31.
• Commission payments will be processed on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021.
