During this year’s Executive/Agency Round Table meetings, we discussed plans to launch our new systems for Commercial Lines in Michigan at the end of April. However, after receiving agent feedback at Roundtable meetings in the Midwest region, who have been using the new systems since last year, we have decided to delay the rollout in Michigan to make additional improvements to ensure a better experience.
Once the enhancements are in place, we’ll announce a revised launch date and will provide more streamlined processing, more efficient workflows and broader products for you, your staff, and your Frankenmuth customers.
Some of the advantages you can look forward to include:
- Updated coverage forms across many of our Commercial Lines products
- “Diamond Advantage” niche market products
- Several exciting features for our agency partners in the new Policy system, including endorsement and renewal processing capability for all Commercial Lines
