Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce the addition of the new BOP Property Protector Plus, a policy option that offers 26 valuable coverages to commercial customers for only $25 per policy. This new property enhancement form appeals to a wide range of industries and classes and is being introduced in response to requests from our agency partners who seek enhanced coverages at a modest premium price for their commercial policyholders.

With 26 different coverages, Property Protector Plus goes above and beyond in addressing the needs of today’s business owners. Highlights of these coverages (and some of the most requested by our agency partners) include:

• Business Income Changes: Waiting period lowered from 24 to 0 hours
• Change in Temperature, Electrical Injury and Off-Premises Services: $2,500 Limit
• Counterfeit Money, Money Orders and Fraudulent Use of Credit Card: $2,500 Limit.  Same unique coverage found on our Diamond Property Plus for Compak
• Money and Securities On-Premises: $10,000 Limit
• Ordinance or Law: Coverage 1: Covered Building Limit; Coverages 2 & 3: $50,000 Limit
• Tenant Building: $5,000 Limit

Available on new and renewal policies effective 1/1/2016 or later, Property Protector Plus can be found in iBIS on the BOP Optional Coverage screen.  This enhancement for is available for all BOP Programs except Select Manufacturing and Motel programs.
