Based on your feedback, the building type “Building – Leasehold Only” for BOP that was added to iBIS last month is being adjusted to “Lessee Interest in Building”.  This option will be available on 9/11/204 and is viewable in the Type of Building Coverage drop down field on the iBIS Businessowners Property Screen.

This building type option is used for risks where the insured is a tenant in a building they do not own but their lease agreement states they are responsible for insuring the portion of the building they occupy.
