Providing relief for those impacted by Hurricane Isaias in Georgia.
Our thoughts are with those impacted by Hurricane Isaias across Georgia. Our top priority is supporting you, our policyholders, when you need us most.
In response to guidance from the Georgia Department of Insurance, we're providing temporary relief for policyholders across all counties in Georgia.
Effective October 9, 2026, the following relief measures are in place and will remain in effect until further guidance is received from the Georgia Department of Insurance:
- No policies will be canceled for non-payment during this period.
- Late payment fees will be suspended during this period.
- Any policies canceled for non-payment on or after October 9, 2026, will be automatically reinstated with no lapse in coverage.
Please note that this is not a waiver of payment. Rather, it is intended to provide a temporary grace period for policyholders who may be unable to access mail or make timely payments due to weather-related disruptions.
We will continue to monitor guidance from the Georgia Department of Insurance and provide updates as additional information becomes available. Standard delinquency processes will resume once the moratorium is lifted.
If you are experiencing continued hardship related to Hurricane Isaias and need assistance with your premium payments, please contact your independent insurance agent or our Billing Services team at 844-488-9777. We're here to help.
