Frankenmuth Insurance has provided Roadside Assistance to qualified insureds for the past several years.  Our national coverage network and concierge services offer quick and easy assistance to policyholders in the event of an automobile emergency.

Your qualifying insureds have been sent window clings to place on the inside left corner of the front windshield in their covered automobile(s). In the event of an emergency, they may simply call the convenient toll-free number (800.234.4433) displayed on the cling, and they will be connected to a service professional to assist them in getting back on the road.

If your client elects to use emergency services separate from our Roadside Assistance program, they may be responsible for increased fees.  Please note, if a Roadside Assistance claim is pursued outside the program, there is a limit of $75 for “Your Covered Auto.”  The miscellaneous vehicles remain at a $150 limit.  Also, effective Jan. 27, 2013, reimbursements related to this program will be made only to the policyholder.
