As is the case in the insurance marketplace, change is inevitable.  We recently experienced such change with the announcement Randy Pillen, your Personal Lines Field Manager, has resigned from Frankenmuth Insurance.  Randy’s last day with the company was Thursday, May 29, 2014. 

We appreciate Randy’s many contributions, and we wish him the best in the future. 

Our plan is to fill this open position as soon as possible.  Meanwhile, your Commercial Lines Field Managers will be able to assist you with your personal lines questions.  Laurie Caputo and Don Ebding will spend time with your personal lines staff during their visits to your office.  In addition to their expertise, please do not hesitate to contact your PL Underwriter or me.  You can reach me at ext. 2832.
