As spring storms continue to wreak havoc in the southeastern United States, Frankenmuth Insurance is exercising leniency in premium payments for policyholders living in affected areas including Tennessee. Our underwriters are receiving daily reports regarding the status of policies within the state.  Following a review of these policy reports, they are calling agents for their assistance in determining if the policy and insured is impacted by the recent storm.

The same practice is being exercised by our billing staff.  Insureds contacting us regarding options in light of factors related to the storm will receive the same consideration toward suspension of payments.

 Determinations are then made regarding policy status and the potential for premium suspension.
