The Professional Insurance Agents Association of Ohio, Inc. Company Satisfaction Survey was sent today via traditional mail to member agents throughout the state.

Agents can complete the survey in three ways:

We encourage you to complete this survey and submit it to PIA.

The survey must be completed by July 5.
