We are excited to inform you of upcoming phone system changes within Personal Lines which will be effective May 13, 2013.  We are confident this new phone structure will allow you access to your PL Underwriter and Underwriting mini-team to assist you on your business inquiries.  The changes include: 

Ø  Team phone extensions #3001 and #3002 will be eliminated.  We will be implementing the use of individual phone extensions for both the PL Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants. 

Ø  Agencies will continue to have a specifically assigned PL Underwriter.  However, now you will also now have an Underwriting Assistant(s) who can also assist you. 

These service changes will give you and your staff the opportunity to enhance your relationship with your respective Personal Lines Underwriter and also the Underwriting Assistant who will be handling your agency’s business.  The option to get immediate phone assistance will still be available if your assigned Underwriter or Underwriter Assistant is not available. This can be accomplished by pressing “0” from the respective voicemail box automatically directing you to the next available person.   

Your assigned Underwriter and Underwriting Assistant will be contacting you shortly to provide you additional information and instructions.
