On June 13, Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Ohio, Inc. will mail its 10th consecutive Insurance Company Satisfaction Survey. The survey is designed to indicate your collective opinion about carriers like Frankenmuth Insurance.
If you receive the survey and are not presently an Ohio PIA member, you are still encouraged to participate. We also ask you rate Frankenmuth Insurance when you complete the survey.
Each year, we look at our results very closely to determine how we performed in various areas such as marketing, underwriting and compensation. Your feedback from the survey is one tool to help us evaluate the way we do business with you. Ultimately, this feedback helps us make better business decisions.
PIA’s survey is conducted by an independent research firm, so it’s completely confidential. Completing the survey is both fast and easy…it can even be completed online. Please take time to complete the survey no later than July 7, 2011.
