Ever wish you could easily attach photos, RCEs, or other documents for Underwriting from an account in iBIS?  There is!  iBIS provides the ability to attach files to new applications, endorsements, and any existing account.  If you’re in a new application or endorsement, select Go To and the File Attachment option from the Navigation Menu.  This will bring you to the screen to attach your document.  The File Attachment option is also available from the New Business or Endorsement Index screen.   Once the new application or endorsement is submitted, Underwriting is notified to view the attachment.

To attach a photo or other document on an existing policy, simply use the Policy Inquiry option in iBIS.  After searching Inquiry and getting the results screen that contains the summary information, go to the Policy Actions section and click the View/Attach File link.  The File Attachment screen will open and you can attach a file similar to new business and endorsements.
