It has come to our attention a number of our Personal Auto policies recently indicated discounts on declaration pages which were in error.

The policies impacted, with effective dates Sept. 1, 2011 through Sept. 16, 2011, displayed percentages of discounts on declaration pages which have since been adjusted.  Premiums reflected on the declaration pages and subsequently charged, however, are accurate.

Since premiums charged in the policies issued under the aforementioned dates are correct, we will not re-issue the declaration pages.
