Our Policyholder Services site provides policyholders with 24/7 access to securely view their policies, print their proof of insurance certificates and pay bills online.
We encourage you to talk to your policyholders about making the switch to Go Green. Policyholders can opt-in by following these steps:
- Visit our website, fmins.com
- Select “Register an Account” in the “Customers” tab. Existing Policyholders with a user ID can simply “Log In.”
- Activate policies to be accessed online using the policy number, agency number and policy effective date.
- Select “e-Delivery.” Policyholders will need to change the delivery preference to “e-Delivery” for each policy separately.
Policyholders can easily print their certificates of insurance and their policies once they Go Green.
