Based on our agency partners’ feedback, we learned that policyholders often misplace or accidentally discard their Roadside Assistance & Towing Coverage brochures, which contain a window cling for their covered vehicle, when these are delivered with a copy of their personal auto policy via mail from Frankenmuth Insurance.
To make it easier to service client requests for replacement brochures, we’re pleased that agencies can now order Roadside Assistance & Towing Coverage brochures through our Print on Demand (POD) site, which is accessible from iBIS via the Marketing tab under Resources.
The Roadside Assistance & Towing Coverage brochure is available via the Personal tab under Policyholder Materials within the POD site. For your convenience, the brochures are pre-packaged in quantities of 25, and they’re free to order. Plus, all orders are shipped at no cost to your agency.
PLEASE NOTE: It’s important to advise your clients that only covered vehicles with Roadside Assistance & Towing Coverage are eligible for these services. Window clings should NOT be placed in vehicles that do not carry this coverage.
