Frankenmuth Insurance’s Agency Academy is pleased to announce registration is open for Communicating Using DiSC Styles, which will be hosted virtually for the Michigan region on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. EST.

This virtual training will focus on learning your behavior style through the four components of DiSC behavior — dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. Agents will also learn best practices for building productive, long-lasting, enjoyable relationships with employees, coworkers, and customers.
