Being involved in an injury accident is definitely a scary and troubling experience.  Most people have questions about how the claim process works in an injury accident, and what they may need to do to ensure it is properly resolved. 

Once the claim is received and set up, it will be assigned to an adjuster.  The adjuster is there to help the insured through this process and answer any questions there may be.  If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the assigned adjuster.  If the assigned adjuster is out of the office or unavailable, any other member of the PIP team would be glad to assist in any way they can. 

No one ever wants to be injured in a motor vehicle accident.  But if that should happen, the PIP team is there to help make the claim processes go as smooth as possible.
