To increase security, we will implement 16-character or greater passwords for agents accessing our website, beginning March 15, 2021. A simple method to develop and remember long passwords is to create a passphrase that resonates for you, such as “letsgofishingtoday.”

You can log into Agency Services anytime between now and April 30 to change your password. Simply click the “Administration” tab, select “Profile Information” and the “Change My Password” option. If you wait until May 1 or thereafter to update your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” on the Agency Services user login screen and you will be prompted to reset your password.
