As the weather continues to be favorable, more and more motorcycles are on the roads. In the event of a claim involving a motorcycle, we wanted to remind you of the order of priority (as outlined in the Michigan No-Fault Act) for the operator/passenger of a motorcycle. 

* Insurer(s) of the owner(s) or registrant(s) of the motor vehicle(s) involved in the accident.

* Insurer(s) of the operator(s) of motor vehicle(s) involved in the accident.

* Motorcycle operator’s motor vehicle insurer(s).

* Motorcycle owner’s or registrant’s insurer(s).

* Insurer(s) of spouse and relatives domiciled in same household

* Assigned Claims Fund
