On 8/13/2014, a new option titled “Building – Leasehold Only” will be available in the Type of Building Coverage drop down field on the iBIS Businessowners Property Screen.

This new building type may be used for risks where the insured is a tenant in a building they do not own but their lease agreement states they are responsible for insuring the portion of the building they occupy.
