Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce a new e-signature process for policyholders to sign their Michigan no-fault selection forms.

Starting Monday, Feb. 15, when policyholders receive their auto policy renewals, they have the option to complete the forms online—making the process easier and more convenient. This option gives them the ability to review and select their limits, sign the documents securely through e-signature and return it to us with a few clicks. A letter will be included with renewal packets explaining the process.

This new enhancement gives us an opportunity to improve customer service by enabling a digital experience for signing documents and accelerating the document workflow process. Policyholders will still have the option to return the forms using a prepaid envelope or they can scan and email their forms, if they prefer.
