You may be aware of our “HR Resources” link viewable by EPLI customers when they are logged into Policyholder Services through the Frankenmuth Insurance (FI) website (fminsdev.wpengine.com), but did you know legal consultation regarding these issues is also available?

A free “Hotline” is in place to offer EPLI policyholders legal guidance when they are facing Human Resources issues.

The Hotline is staffed with knowledgeable attorneys and messages will be returned within 24 hours of the initial inquiry.  Policyholders should include their current Policy Number in the email inquiry or have it available when they call.
  
The Hotline will provide policyholders with up to TWO FREE HOURS PER POLICY YEAR of discussion and document review with knowledgeable attorneys on risk management matters related to policyholders’ employment practices liability questions to help avoid claims and limit exposure.  The TWO FREE HOUR limit applies whether the inquiry was made via telephone or email.
  
The Hotline is not a claims reporting hotline.  Claims can only be reported using the normal procedures set forth within the Policy. The purpose of the Hotline is to help identify and establish risk management best practices to avoid claims and limit exposure.
