2022 will bring more than a new year, it will drive new changes to Michigan’s no-fault auto insurance law. As a reminder, the amnesty period for policyholders to obtain insurance without penalty or increased premiums will expire on December 31, 2021.

Beginning January 1, 2022, policyholders may be denied coverage through Frankenmuth Insurance if they have not maintained insurance for more than six months.
