Remember that Frankenmuth’s iBIS system can be used for all types of endorsements.  Although there is more functionality behind the Business Auto endorsement option, change requests for all lines of business can easily be requested. When BOP, CPP, or WC is selected, a free text e-mail will open allowing all the space you need to describe your change. Using this feature also allows for changes to multiple lines within the same document. Just as you would if sending an e-mail directly to your underwriter, you can indicate what you want changed, mention all lines of business to which it applies, and we will take it from there.
