A number of our agency partners have inquired recently about the customers they serve having online access to their policies.

Policyholders are requesting to “Go Green” for the ease and convenience of viewing their policies online, being able to print their own autoID cards and paying their bills online.

These options and more are available through the Policyholders tab on the Frankenmuth Insurance web site.

Agents can assist their Policyholders to take advantage of Go Green on new business and endorsements by simply answering “yes” to the e-Delivery question on the Applicant Screen in iBIS.

Additionally, your existing Policyholders can request to Go Green without any agency involvement by following this simple procedure:

1) Go to fminsdev.wpengine.com

2) Select the “Go Green” icon on the bottom right hand of the screen

3) Click on “Go Green with Frankenmuth Insurance” option

4) Once the Policyholder activates an account – an email will be sent to complete the activation process.

Once activated your Policyholders can Pay a Bill, View their Policy, and even File a Claim with just a few simple clicks of the mouse. By choosing to Go Green, they will also receive access to their declaration pages via e-mail.

It’s that easy. We welcome all of our Personal or Commercial Lines Policyholders to participate in this program and Go Green. Doing so will save time, money and precious natural resources.
