Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce that our Southeast Surety team is in place and working from our new office in the Ballantyne Corporate Office park in Charlotte, North Carolina.  We are very fortunate to have a team with tremendous experience and abilities supporting our efforts and look forward to serving the Southeast region from this new location. 

Meet the Team

• Mark Latini, Senior Director — Coming to us from Liberty and originally from FL, Mark has worked in multiple locations across the country and is well versed in virtually every facet of the construction business. He can be reached at Mark.latini@fmins.com or (704) 431-7005.

• Nate Hoyt, Director II — Nate will focus on production in the Southeast.  He spent a short period of time at Lexon and prior to that was with Old Republic.  Nate has traveled extensively throughout the Southeast and has a comprehensive background in contract, commercial and subdivision. • Maegan Gordon, Director I — Maegan will focus on production and underwriting.  She brings some key relationships from Zurich. Maegan worked with Steve Coward at Acadia Insurance/Berkley in Portland, ME in 2001 and brings a tremendous underwriting skillset to the Southeast team. The team is currently in the process of meeting with agency partners in Georgia and Tennessee and will begin reaching out to agents in Alabama and South Carolina as we transition business from the Yarmouth office.
