Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce we have officially reopened our offices, effective September 7, 2021.

Over the last couple of months, our field management team has been re-engaging with many of our agency partners in person, and this week we will be hosting our first in-person Agency Council meeting in more than a year at our home office. Relationship-building events throughout all regions are also scheduled for the coming months. While we are excited to be back in the field, we are continuously monitoring the impact of the Delta variant. We will continue using phone communications, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other digital platforms to connect with you if that is your agency’s preference.

Following our office reopening, many of our team members will continue working remotely from their homes. Our team has been working remotely since the onset of the pandemic and feedback on our service delivery has been outstanding. As we continue to grow and strive to hire our industry’s brightest professionals, we are fully committed to embracing the remote work environment. We are also committed to making this a seamless experience and to continue delivering the exceptional service you and your customers have come to expect from Frankenmuth Insurance.
