Under no-fault reform, Frankenmuth Insurance announces form revisions for Michigan Commercial Auto policies.
We will be adopting new Insurance Services Office (ISO) editions of the following forms:
- CA 22 20, Michigan Personal Injury Protection: ISO added an attendant care provision under the limit of insurance provision (section D) that is limited to 56 hours per week.
- CA 22 24, Michigan Property Protection Coverage: ISO added an optional non-resident exclusion (section B-11). Frankenmuth Insurance will not be applying this optional exclusion, so there is no coverage impact to policyholders.
Effective Dates
These form revisions are effective Sept. 1, 2021, for both new and renewal business. An advisory notice will be sent to current policyholders upon renewal.
