Beginning 1/31/2012, a Claim Number will automatically be generated and display when First Notice of Loss submissions are completed in iBIS.  The same will occur for any First Notice of Loss submissions received from Insured’s through the Policyholders option on our web site.

Automatically generating a claim number upon submission of loss will provide your agency with more efficient workflow and quickest access to this number for reference.  In the Reports option, the New Claim Report will continue to be updated with other important claim information such as Adjuster assignment and contact information.
