To help you more easily find accounts greater than six (6) months old in iBIS, new adjustments have been made to the Archive Search feature in iBIS.

On the New Business Index Screen, the following statement will appear when an account isn’t found: “Please Note: Based on the search criteria requested, no applications were found.  To search archive, check the Archive Search box.”  The Archive Search option on this screen was also changed to bold font to make it easier to find. 

When searching for an account in iBIS with a policy effective date greater than six (6) months old, simply select the Archive Search checkbox listed underneath the Applicant’s Name field and click the Search button.
