Finding and maintaining the best employees is instrumental in upholding the service and support of your customers. Our Agency Staffing and Development course focuses on working with agency leaders to refine their entire staffing process. This class takes agency leadership through determining their staffing vision, performing a needs assessment, interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
As a result of participation in the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify their agency staffing vision
- Develop custom job descriptions
- Find recruiting resources
- Select and ask appropriate interview questions
- Establish an employee onboarding plan
This course is recommended for agency leaders, new and tenured. Continuing education credits are not available for this session.
