In response to agency partner feedback, we now have safety training materials and videos accessible to Commercial Lines policyholders on our public website.

With this new self-service website feature, policyholders can be directed to visit https://www.fmins.com/business/safety-services/, and midway down the page, there is a tan-colored box with a link to view J.J. Keller’s online catalog. Upon viewing the catalog, policyholders can place an order with our Loss Control team at losscontrol@fmins.com and materials will be sent directly to the policyholder. These instructions are outlined on the J.J. Keller site, and all resources are provided free of charge.
