As we prepare to say hello to 2023, it is time to wind down our new business submissions and issued life policies for 2022. Underwriting works hard to get every new business submission into the books before the end of the year, and to stay on track, here are our deadlines:

Property and Casualty Submissions
Please submit any new business and premium-bearing endorsements no later than Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Commission payments will be processed on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
For accounts that need to be referred to underwriting, please place a phone call or email to your underwriter to expedite timely processing as soon as possible.

Life Issued Policies
To receive 2022 production credit, all issued life policies — with requirements met — must be paid by close of business on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Payments may be sent to:

If the policyholder is paying by EFT or credit card, authorizations can be sent to Policy Services by emailing Patriot@actmanre.com or calling 844-847-0793 no later than the end of business on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
