As a result of the threat posed by Tropical Storm Nicole, Frankenmuth Insurance is suspending binding authority in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina as of 8 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

This binding authority suspension will remain in effect until further notice and applies to new business as well as increases in limits or additions of coverage on in-force policies.

Home office approval is required to override the suspension. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform you when the suspension is no longer in effect.
