Frankenmuth Insurance is pleased to announce an enhancement to our claims processing through a new partnership with One Inc, a digital payment platform provider.

One Inc’s digital ClaimsPay platform will streamline and accelerate our entire disbursement process, creating a frictionless payment experience for our policyholders and other payees.

This new platform will help resolve policyholder losses faster by utilizing multi-channel digital communications and secure, instant payment methods. Policyholders and other payees will be notified when their claims have been approved, when payments are pending, and when payments have been issued. Preferred payment options have also expanded to include direct deposits, automated clearing houses (ACH), prepaid Visa® cards, virtual cards, PayPal and Venmo. Mailed check payments will also remain an option.
