Frankenmuth Insurance has amended its coverage for pollution liability for covered autos to add an aggregate limit provision. Effective Feb. 1, 2021, and later, policies will be subject to a maximum liability aggregate limit for a series of pollution losses during each policy period.

The new forms are:

• 08827 Pollution Liability – Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos – Business Auto and Motor Carrier
• 08828 Pollution Liability – Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos – Auto Dealers

Forms CA 99 48 Pollution Liability – Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos – Business Auto and Motor Carrier and CA 99 55 Pollution Liability – Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos – Auto Dealer will be eliminated.

The charge for this coverage will be based on a percent of the liability premium.
