Frankenmuth Insurance has decided to partner with a new vendor for our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) service. Effective Friday, Aug. 31, all FNOL services are now being provided by Strategic Claims Services. A technology-driven organization with almost 20 years of experience in the industry, Strategic Claims Services offers a much broader set of services as well as the increased capacity to support our future growth goals.

The transition to Strategic Claims Service from our former vendor, Great Lakes Claim Service, should be seamless for our agency partners and policyholders. All phone numbers, contact methods and forms will remain the same. 

We are confident this partnership with Strategic Claims Service will allow us to continue delivering the same great FNOL service, and we look forward to the new opportunities this vendor will provide.
