This week’s wind storm has left thousands of our policyholders without power, hundreds with damaged roofs, and caused many fallen trees.  Thankfully, most of our claims have not been as severe as they could have been. 

To ensure we are delivering great service to our valued customers, FI’s office will be open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, and our field staff will continue inspections on Saturday and Sunday. As always, our claims reporting service is available 24 hours a day at (800) 234-4433.
