Frankenmuth Insurance after-hours payment line extensions 2905 and 8121 will be discontinued effective Nov. 15, 2016. 

This change comes with our efforts to continually improve ease of doing business for both our policyholders and Agency Partners, as well as ensure the security of sensitive policyholder information by maintaining compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

We have changed our current message on the after business hours payment lines to reflect these changes and to provide alternate options for policyholders, who are encouraged to make payments by calling our office during business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (EST) Monday – Friday), visiting our website at fminsdev.wpengine.com or using our mobile app.
