On November 6, 2013, a new feature will be available in iBIS that will allow your agency to request a two term transaction for endorsements or cancellations.

How will this new feature work?

When requesting an endorsement or cancellation in iBIS, the system will cross reference Policy Inquiry to determine if a renewal term is available for that policy.  If a renewal term exists, a new option will appear on the Endorsement Information or Cancellation Information screens for your agency to indicate if you want us to process the request on the renewal term or if your agency plans to send a separate transaction through iBIS.

This new enhancement is available in iBIS for Personal and Commercial Lines policies and provides your agency operation with a fast and efficient way to process two term requests for endorsements or cancellations.
